SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME 

We are happy to offer Expedited tracked shipping in Canada and the USA. For International orders, we ship tracked standard shipping and which typically arrives between 7-15 days, depending on your location.

Please note: On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages, therefore shipping time is only an estimate as we have no control over delays.

It is important to provide a complete and accurate shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery process. This includes details such as apartment or unit number, postal code, etc. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to missing or incorrect address details. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order. 

Tracked Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will populate as your package moves through the shipping process or clears customs for international orders. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We want to inform you that once packages are shipped and accepted by the shipping company, we are not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. If your package is affected in any way, please reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim for further assistance.

Customs/Duties Taxes

Jewels By B is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
