We ship all orders from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please note we do not have any store locations, but we can offer pick ups in person if you prefer.  Email us for more information. We offer shipping in Canada and the USA. 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In addition to this we also accept PayPal, Apple and Google Pay.

GoDaddy takes PCI compliance seriously and requires all websites to employ industry best-practices for security and is protected with a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

 If you want to cancel your order, please reach us at jewelsbyb@yahoo.com within 12 hours your place the order. After 12 hours, orders can't be cancelled as they might have already been proceeded.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them off at their destination. 

Sometimes shipping carriers will leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft, or even preemptively mark orders as “Delivered”. 

While these decisions are out of our control, we suggest looking around the vicinity of the shipping address, checking with your neighbors, and waiting at least three business days to see if anything turns up. If you still have not received your package, you can contact us email at jewelsbyb@yahoo.com and our team will do our best to further assist you.

 Items that CAN'T be returned:

Our products are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.  In the rare event that you experience any issues with the color of your chains, earrings, bracelets, or rings, you can trust that we will take care of it for you.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with beautiful, long-lasting jewelry that you can enjoy for years to come. 

Standard 14 days Warranty  - All other Jewelry and Accessories

In the case that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact jewelsbyb@yahoo.com within 14 days from receipt.

If the product had been broken or damaged on trying or wearing within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, it might be replaced or refunded. Please contact us and send broken product images. Once we will examine the item, we will contact you if we can refund or replace the product for you.

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty:   

• Dents, nicks and scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect  
• Discoloration due to exposure to harsh chemicals, make-up, or hot tubs
• Rings that have been damaged or misshapen as a result of strenuous activities
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage 
• Broken earring posts 
• Gifted products that had been sent to you free of charge 
• Defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer are not covered within the warranty framework

 Our jewelry is constructed of 316L stainless steel which is high quality metal that does not tarnish or corrode.  It is encased in a layer of 14K or 18K gold plating with a PVD coating.  The PVD coating utilizes a titanium nitride that provides an extremely durable coating which makes the metal durable, wear, scratch and corrosion resistant.  These pieces are waterproof and will not change color with daily wear.   It is always best to remove your jewelry using cleaning products, avoid chlorine, sanitizers, perfumes and lotions so your pieces will keep shining brilliantly. 

Our sterling silver pieces without gold plating are plated with a layer of rhodium which is hypoallergenic, extremely lustrous, withstands corrosion and is highly durable.  This plating is highly reflective to maintain shine and helps prevent tarnishing.  All our sterling silver pieces are stamped with ‘925’ noting their high-quality.

We are committed to ethical sourcing and do not support the use of inhumanely mined diamonds, which is why we opt for high quality conflict free simulated diamonds in our engagement rings and wedding ring sets.  Simulated diamonds are expertly crafted man-made stones that closely resemble the brilliance of a perfect diamond, giving our rings a stunning sparkle that will catch everyone's eye. With our conflict free simulated diamonds, you can enjoy the beauty and luxury of a diamond ring without any ethical concerns, making our rings a truly guilt-free indulgence. 

Some of our Special Occasions bracelets are constructed from a copper base metal to make these pieces more affordable while maintaining durability.  They are then layered with three times silver or gold plating to give them the lustre and shine.  These pieces will last you for a very long time as long as you maintain them properly.

Gold plating is a form of jewelry plating, but specifically with gold as the layer on the outside over a base metal which makes pieces stronger and less likely to bend. Over time, the base metal may eventually come to the surface then begin to discolor. This process breaks the gold down and requires proper polishing and maintenance to restore its shine. It is important to take care of your jewelry so the to prolong the life of your pieces. 

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, sulfur, humidity, perspiration, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your fine jewelry in a safe, dry place such as the pouch provided with your purchase. Also why it’s important to regularly clean and maintain your sterling silver jewelry.

 To figure out your ring size at home, we recommend following these steps:

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string that measures the approximate length of your hand.
2. Wrap the paper or string around the finger you’ll be wearing the ring on. It should be wrapped snugly, but not too tight.
3. Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps around the circumference of your finger. 
4. Using the millimeter or inch side of a ruler, lay the paper or string flat and measure the length from one end to the marking. That measurement will be your finger’s circumference.
