We ship all orders from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Please note we do not have any store locations, but we can offer pick ups in person if you prefer.  Email us for more information. We offer shipping in Canada and the USA.

If you want to cancel your order, please reach us at info@jewelsbyb.com right away as we ship same day during business days. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them off at their destination. 

Sometimes shipping carriers will leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft, or even preemptively mark orders as “Delivered”. 

While these decisions are out of our control, we suggest looking around the vicinity of the shipping address, checking with your neighbors, and waiting at least three business days to see if anything turns up. If you still have not received your package, you can contact us email at info@jewelsbyb.com and our team will do our best to further assist you.

 Items that CAN'T be returned:

Our products are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.  In the rare event that you experience any issues with the color of your chains, earrings, bracelets, or rings, you can trust that we will take care of it for you.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with beautiful, long-lasting jewelry that you can enjoy for years to come. 

In the case that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact info@jewelsbyb.com within 14 days from receipt.

If the product had been broken or damaged on trying or wearing within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, it might be replaced or refunded. Please contact us and send broken product images. Once we will examine the item, we will contact you if we can refund or replace the product for you.

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty:   

• Dents, nicks and scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect  
• Discoloration due to exposure to harsh chemicals, make-up, or hot tubs
• Rings that have been damaged or misshapen as a result of strenuous activities
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage 
• Broken earring posts 
• Gifted products that had been sent to you free of charge 
• Defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer are not covered within the warranty framework

To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your fine jewelry in a safe, dry place such as the pouch provided with your purchase.  To figure out your ring size at home, we recommend following these steps:

1. Cut a thin strip of paper or string that measures the approximate length of your hand.
2. Wrap the paper or string around the finger you’ll be wearing the ring on. It should be wrapped snugly, but not too tight.
3. Mark the point where the paper or string overlaps around the circumference of your finger. 
4. Using the millimeter or inch side of a ruler, lay the paper or string flat and measure the length from one end to the marking. That measurement will be your finger’s circumference.
