Return and Warranty

RETURN POLICY

Jewels By B has a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. 

In the case that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact info@jewelsbyb.com within 14 days from receipt. Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.

If the product had been broken or damaged on trying or wearing within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, it might be replaced or store credit for the value of the damaged jewelry will be created. Please contact us and send broken product images. Once we will examine the item, we will contact you with our decision.

What can not be returned?

For our customer's safety and hygiene, all pierced jewelry are not eligible to be returned. 

How To Return An Item

After you have read the above, please email us at info@jewelsbyb.com requesting instructions on how to return an item that is not defective but you have changed your mind. Please ensure that you include your order number on the subject line for faster service. Please note that you will be responsible to pay for shipping charges to send the item back to us.  We strongly suggest using shipping with a tracking number as we’re not responsible for lost packages.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are sorry about that, and we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

If you have ordered the wrong size, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@jewelsbyb.com or via the Contact Us form. You will need to ship back the item at your cost, once received, we will then ship you the new item.

Returns Processing Time

You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages  

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

WARRANTY

Under our Warranty, you’re covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Our products are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, ensuring that each piece meets our high standards of quality.  In the rare event that you experience any issues with the color of your chains, earrings, bracelets, or rings, you can trust that we will take care of it for you.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you with beautiful, long-lasting jewelry that you can enjoy for years to come. 

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty:   

• Dents, nicks and scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect  
• Discoloration due to exposure to harsh chemicals, make-up, swimming pools or hot tubs
• Rings that have been damaged or misshapen as a result of strenuous activities
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage 
• Broken earring posts 
• Broken chain, bracelet links or clasps
• Gifted products that had been sent to you free of charge 
• Defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer are not covered within the warranty framework
• Lost or stolen items
• Altered or modified items.
