RETURN POLICY

We have a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply message us and we will assist you. 

In the case that you receive your product with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 14 days from receipt. Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.

If the product had been broken or damaged on trying or wearing within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, it might be replaced or store credit for the value of the damaged jewelry will be created. Please contact us and send broken product images. Once we will examine the item, we will contact you with our decision.

What can not be returned?

For our customer's safety and hygiene, all pierced jewelry are not eligible to be returned. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are sorry about that, and we’ll be happy to replace it for you.

Returns Processing Time

You will be notified by email once your return has been processed. 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages  

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

WARRANTY

Under our Warranty, you’re covered for one year from the date of purchase.

Some examples of common jewelry wear and tear that are not covered by our warranty:   

• Dents, nicks and scratches are inevitable and are not considered a defect  
• Discoloration due to exposure to harsh chemicals, make-up, swimming pools or hot tubs
• Rings that have been damaged or misshapen as a result of strenuous activities
• Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage 
• Broken earring posts 
• Broken chain, bracelet links or clasps
• Gifted products that had been sent to you free of charge 
• Defects caused by misuse carried on by the customer are not covered within the warranty framework
• Lost or stolen items
• Altered or modified items.
