Return and Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your Jewels By B purchase!

Jewels By B has a 14 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you.

If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Merchandise must be returned by the customer with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging.

Once received, we will fully examine the damaged item and notify you of our decision. If you’re entitled to a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no charge. If you are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund via etransfer payment.

What can not be returned?

For our customer's safety and hygiene, all pierced jewelry are not eligible to be returned. Sale items are final sale and we do not offer refunds on any sale items.

How To Return An Item

After you have read the above, please email us at jewelsbyb@yahoo.com requesting instructions on how to return an item. Please ensure that you include your order number on the subject line for faster service. Please note that you will be responsible to pay for shipping charges to send the item back to us. We strongly suggest using shipping with a tracking number as we’re not responsible for lost packages.

Returns Processing Time

Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 1 business day by e-transfer. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or defective item, we are sorry about that, and we’ll be happy to replace or refund you for the item as per our return policy.

If you have ordered the wrong size, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at jewelsbyb@yahoo.com or via the Contact Us form. You will need to ship back the item, once received, we will then ship you the new item and invoice you the shipping charges.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages shipped within the United States that are sent back to us because they are either refused or unclaimed are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
